Sounds like a nice evening this one at the Noisy Rooms on Warschauer Str with Trophy Wife from Philadelphia who recently played Bei Roy, supporting are Sissters and Bodybuilding.
TROPHY WIFE are Katy Otto (formerly of Del Cielo, Bald Rapunzel) and Diane Foglizzo. The Philadelphia-based two-piece combines a heavy guitar sound that is influenced by grunge and noiserock with explosive drums and complementary voices. After a demo on Katy Otto’s own label Exotic Fever Records (New Idea Society, Pygmylush, etc.) their first album ‘Patience Fury’ was released in 2010 on 307 Knox Records. The record puts both personal and political lyrics to an amazingly raw sound. After countless shows in the US (with Dismemberment Plan, Universal Order of Armageddon, Against Me!, etc.), Trophy Wife will now tour in Europe for the first time!
